Our smart thermostat is compatible with 90% of HVAC systems, including Conventional (2H/2C), Heat Pump (4H/2C), and supports natural gas, electric, hot water, gas fireplaces (24 Volts), oil heat sources, and dual fuel. All system types, however, require a common wire (C-Wire).

The thermostat does not work with electric baseboard heat (110VAC~240V AC) or millivolt systems, and it does not support S terminals for indoor and outdoor sensors.

We have conducted extensive testing and upgraded the internal chipset and UI design to resolve the issue of unstable Wi-Fi connection, ensuring reliable wireless connectivity.

Users can easily set the screen timeout by tapping the setting icon on the Menu page and adjusting the "Screen Saver" option. Keeping the screen on at all times is also possible by turning off the "Screen Saver" feature.

While the thermostat is highly accurate, with a deviation of no more than 2°F in various environments, there may still be a slight error.

If you do not have a C-wire, you can try the following steps, but it's recommended to consult your HVAC manufacturer or an electrician first. For the furnace part, connect the G-wire to the C terminal and use a black jumper wire to connect G and Y or W (if you need heat, connect to W; otherwise, connect to Y). For the thermostat part, connect the G-wire to the C terminal on the wall plate, as the G terminal on the wall plate is blank.

The TJ550 WiFi Smart Thermostat features a 2.8-inch screen and 3 touch buttons, while the TJ560 WiFi Smart Thermostat has a larger, 4-inch touchscreen display.
