Welcome to 'Just Right'. The T9 thermostat, which is ENERGY STAR certified, works with Smart Room Sensors (sold separately) to focus on the rooms you choose by setting a schedule or letting the sensors focus on rooms where people are present. The simple installation makes it a DIY project, and the T9 intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, guiding you through a straightforward setup.

You can control the T9 using the Honeywell Home app or through voice commands with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and more. The T9 also works with utility programs across the US, allowing you to save even more on your energy costs.

The Monthly Energy Report allows you to see your energy usage, and you can save even more by setting a schedule that adapts to your lifestyle. Additionally, you may be eligible for energy savings rebates from your energy provider, and you can enroll in your local Utility's "Demand Response Program," which can reward you for allowing the utility to slightly adjust your AC or furnace temperature settings during high energy demand periods.

The T9 offers Auto Home and Away mode, allowing you to adjust your thermostat from anywhere with your mobile device or let your home automatically react to your schedule using geofencing. The Multi-Room Focus feature, with the addition of Smart Room Sensors (sold separately), enables you to focus the temperature on multiple rooms for optimal comfort.

The T9 is compatible with forced air (gas, oil, or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup, but it does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V). A C-wire is required for the T9 to function properly.

The setup process is straightforward, as everything you need, including a power adapter, comes in the box. The T9 intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, making it easy to do it yourself.

Before purchasing, ensure that the T9 thermostat is compatible with your home and determine if your home requires a C-wire power adapter. Additionally, the T9 works with most heat/cool oil furnace systems but will not work with heating-only oil furnace systems unless a C-wire is present.
